Management in the many Classrooms

I have a special system I've been using for my managing behavior above the regular classroom system:
I have a magic gingerbread man. I use this little stuffed animal along with 4 others to put on the kids desks if they are following the rules in the classroom. Then they write their name on the board and if they keep it on the board for the whole day, they get a treat.
